Then we looked at over 50 homes - it's hard to find a home in the Chicago area for the price we were seeking!!! A few deals fell through (not the agent's fault) and she held my hand through each of the ups and downs. Once we finally had a signed contract on our home, Kerry did not stop there. She was instrumental in renegotiating the price after a low appraisal. Then she worked tirelessly to make sure a former stay at home mom/new to job market's mortgage loan went through in time. None of this was the agent's job, yet Kerry stepped right in and communicated clearly and consistently, time and again fighting for me. I will never list or sell again without Kerry Turgeon.
